At Wellington Fragrance, we strive for complete satisfaction with every scent and supply purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email or call our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.

  Securely Package Items

  Place the unused fragrance oils or supplies in their original packaging, ensuring all bottles are tightly sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
